1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, company name, and usage data when you use our voice AI platform. We also collect call recordings, transcripts, and metadata necessary to provide and improve our services.
When you place calls through Voxa, we collect call metadata (duration, timestamps, phone numbers), audio recordings with transcriptions, and analytics about call outcomes. This data is essential for providing our service and improving voice AI quality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our voice AI services, process call transactions, generate analytics and insights, and communicate with you about your account and our services.
We may use transcripts and recordings to improve our AI models, but only with your explicit consent and in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.
3. Data Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, unless you request longer retention. You may request deletion of specific recordings or all data associated with your account at any time. After account deletion, we retain data for 30 days before permanent removal.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. All voice data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 for transmission and AES-256 encryption at rest. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and conduct regular security audits.
5. Third-Party Services
Voxa integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, etc.) and telephony providers (Twilio, Vonage, etc.) to deliver voice AI services. Data is shared with these providers only as necessary to process your calls. Each provider's data handling practices are subject to their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of all data associated with your account in machine-readable format. You may also request correction of inaccurate personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@datavonix.com.
7. HIPAA Compliance
For customers handling Protected Health Information (PHI), Voxa offers a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Our HIPAA-compliant infrastructure includes dedicated environments, enhanced encryption, and audit logging. Contact sales@datavonix.com to enable HIPAA features for your account.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our website. You can opt out of non-essential cookies through your account settings. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
